The author of Acts refers to Paul as an apostle, and as the book of Acts is considered scripture, the book is inspired and given by God. If you choose not to believe God, then how will you ever believe anyone else?

Sorry, goat granny, but you're putting yourself outside of historic, orthodox Christianity by your denial that Paul was an apostle.
If that's comfortable for you, so be it.
