Is it possible for the Catholic Church to go after groups that are anti-Christian but use the word “Catholic” in their name?

I wish there were exclusive Catholic TM protection, but there isn't. "Catholic" has apparently passed into the public domain, like Quaker Oats and Shaker Heights and --oh, I don't know ---Hebrew National Hot Dogs.

I do wish there were more public rebukes of the pretend-Catholic twits, though. They deserve to be splattered by what the news agencies would describe as "a red liquid resembling blood."
