How remarkable it would be if all on FR’s Religion Forum would practice these two Commandments for even one day! (Especially the second half of it!)

Two commandments I repeat in my head almost every day! Helps me put on the back burner sloth and gluttony, but don't worry, not forever. Thank you for your Lists. They are of great spiritual benefit.:)

Fisheaters lists the Deutercanonical books as Apocrypha. Is that some sort of foray into ecumenicism by the site or what?

Fisheaters is very canonical, very orthodox, very old-fashioned. Not a step into ecumenism in my opinion.

Fisheaters is very canonical, very orthodox, very old-fashioned. Not a step into ecumenism in my opinion. I wouldn't think so if they were using the word "apocrypha" to describe the Deuterocanonical books. The use of the latter implies some things I'm sure they wouldn't want; surprising word use.
