Matthew Henry’s explanation seems to say that this verse was warning that people who curse other people “sons of men,” are pardonable, while people who curse the Spirit are not.

The Jamieson commentary above it seems to take the stance that slandering Jesus’ abilities because you have not seen them is the pardonable offense, but slandering the perfection of the Spirit is not.

Of course we cannot judge and state that positively on our own. That would be reading the person’s mind. But it does appear that, with abortion, all three are present.

Over the millenia, great theologians have pondered and reflected on that scriptural passage. It is not as simple as you suggest.
