You are incorrect Iowa mark. Deacons recieve Holy Orders and all priests recieve their faculties to bless when they are ordained deacons.

In the Latin theology of Holy Orders the “fullness of ordination” is present when a man is ordained a deacon and this potential power is released in stages as a man is ordained a priest and again as a bishop. Thus, by virtue of his ordination a deacon can preach and can bless. As has been noted, the deacon generally blesses by invocation — that is, “May God bless...” is the general formula.

Of course, you are correct, but rooting out the heretics does not eliminate the devil. Yes, Pelosi receiving communion is ridiculous. And Notre Dame needs to be saved (through prayer/fasting/suffering). You already know that Christ in a heartbeat can change the face of the earth; He can also revitalize the complexion of the Church in similar fashion, but all must pray always. (The frequent reception of the Sacraments, along with fervent intercessory prayer to Our Lady and the saints, remembering sacramentals, will bring us less agony in our garden, than the never-ending pulling of the weeds.)
