Which Commandment pertained to blood sacrifices?
You have to look at all of it, not just one area. G-d didn't Command sacrifices. The people did that of their own accord, as was mentioned in the earlier scripture posted. They didn't listen, but, instead went BACKWARD. So, IF they were bound and determined, they were at least given a proper means of doing so. BUT, then scripture speaks of them being without a temple and that they would render bullocks from their LIPS. Sacrifices were to be phased out, and be replaced with prayer and repentance, as He had originally planned.
I’d have to look, but I think it’s in Leviticus where God gives pretty detailed instructions on how He wants sacrifices and what He wants them for.
