You are posting this way too soon.

We are still waiting for the Lord’s birth — next week is the Fourth Sunday of Advent.

Catholics save these wonderful readings for Christmas Day Masses, Vigil, Midnight and Morning Masses.

Oh, I post these things all through the season from about Thanksgiving onward... :-)

And to tell you the truth, it's something that people need to be aware of all throughout the year, as salvation is for anyone, anywhere at anytime (of the year)...

The Gospel and Salvation...

   Romans Chapter 10

9 [the righteousness of faith unto salvation is ] ... that if you
confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart
that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put
   to shame."

12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same
Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.

13 For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."

14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed?
And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?
And how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:
"How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of
peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!"

   1 Corinthians Chapter 15

1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached
to you, which also you received and in which you stand,

2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I
preached to you--unless you believed in vain.

3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received:
that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,

4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day
   according to the Scriptures,

5 and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve.

6 After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once,
of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have
   fallen asleep.

7 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles.

8 Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out
   of due time.
