My flippant remark is: the liberals sometimes say that Jesus wanted us to care for the poor, implying that Jesus would have been in favor of socialized medicine and Obamacare.

Don’t you just love it when irreligious liberals lecture Christians about how if they were really good Christians, they would favor more gov’t programs to deal with every conceivable social ill?
