Just to clarify for those of us with baptist/methodist backgrounds: Have you ever heard a Christian song that begins, “I come to the garden alone....”?
Indeed I have, dear xzins! It continues (at the bridge): "And He walks with me, and He talks with me, and He tells me I am His own; and the joy we share as we tarry there, none other has ever known."
It's a splendid, wonderful hymn.... And its subject matter is a very REAL thing....
