There are at least 3 Eastern Catholic Churches that retain Aramaic for the Words of Institution. Here is the transliterated text for the Consecration of the Bread. To hear the priest chant this each week, is like being at the Last Supper.
Aramaic Consecration
Byow mo how daq dom ha sho dee leh

nsa bel lah mo be dow qa dee sho to.
Ou ba rekh
ou qa desh
waq so

English Translation
On the day before his life-giving passion,
Jesus took bread in his holy hands.
He blessed,
sanctified,

This is my body
which is broken and delivered for you
