Oh yes. But there will be people who cite him for years as proof...
How funny. James Cameron is the Oliver Stone of the 21st century.
Resurrexit sicut dixit, Alleluia.
DNA tests could prove that the remains of the people in the coffins are related to each other. It doesn't prove anything re whether or not this is THE Jesus of Nazareth and his family.
Smells like a 1st Century Roman disinformation op to me.
Amazing how James Cameron can do what no one in the first century could do, even though you know, those people were THERE at the time and everything, and many had every incentive to find Jesus' body and stamp out that pesky "Christian problem."
There never was any 1st century disagreement with the empty tomb as far as I have found...
He's really gone in for this "King of the World" idea--pr for a real alliance with its claimant.
The egoism that would seek to have coffins of Jesus, Mary and Joeseph at one's control is demonic.
pr=or. Sorry.
The Bible is an anvil which has worn out many hammers.
So a large number of followers that were witness to all of that history opted to give up their lives and die horribly for spreading the story that there was a man from heaven who was the Son of God and forgave sins... a guy, who according to this movie, lived out a quiet life in the suburbs with a wife a kids? Yeah, that makes more sense.
LOL. Nicely put.
I'm still struggling to understand how Cameron thinks he obtained a DNA sample from the Son of God, and without a court order at that.
*** It took 20 years for experts to decipher the names on the ten tombs.***
Whazza matta? Couldn't they read Hebrew? 20 years? Common!
Does this mean Cameron claims to be in possession of the Holy Grail?
12 guys sitting in a room, defeated
Their leader is dead, and did not resurrect as he had promised.
"Hey, I got an idea!" one says.
"Let's make up a fantastic lie, and then all of us go out and die horribly for that lie!"
Yeah, that would happen.
"Smells like a 1st Century Roman disinformation op to me."
I had a similar thought, but point the finger at the Jewish priest caste in Israel at that time; those with the most to lose. The New Testament speaks about how they tried to start disinformation at the time.
There is a big masonic push to claim our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus succombed to sexual desire, having illegitimate children with Mary Magdalene, now apparantly wasn't resurrected, let alone ascended, but on the other hand are also pushing to advocate Islam.
Those who deny the Son, don't have the Father, nor the Son in them. Too bad they don't just receive and accept His prevenient grace. Not only would they accept the opposite, they would also receive the many gifts of God the Holy Spirit, predestined in eternity past for them personally.
You do know that Joseph, Jesus, and Mary were extremely common names at that time. It wouldn't mean a whole lot finding families with those names, anyway.
