My point is they had the Holy Spirit before being baptized. Can an unbeliever have the Holy Spirit that was poured out? If they can, then can a man serve two masters?
The following shows that such signs as Cornelius had were to FOLLOW salvation, yet they came BEFORE baptism for them.
