That is actually what I was thinking, but was not sure the specifics.

Taking a RCC converting to the EOC as an example. Does the EOC think the RCC have valid orders?

And there are a few Arians around. They are known as Jehovah's Witnesses.

Catholics rebaptizing Orthodox hasn't exactly been unknown in the past either.
