It depends! :) Arians, for example, do not have to be rebaptized ('course, there haven't been many baptisms of Arians the past 1400 years or so).

That is actually what I was thinking, but was not sure the specifics.

Taking a RCC converting to the EOC as an example. Does the EOC think the RCC have valid orders?

And there are a few Arians around. They are known as Jehovah's Witnesses.
