No fooling? Not The Episcopal Church of the United States of America, anymore, but simply, THE [one and only] Episcopal Church? Memo to the exalted Druid: Looks like schism has come already.
That is one interpretation. Apparently they have churches in other countries under their jurisdiction, and this change is to highlight the fact.
