"If Auburn doesn't take up the story, it is doubtful whether anyone else will take much notice of David Virtue."

Auburn Faber Traycik of The Christian Challenge?

That would be my guess....from the website:
"Published 6-8 times a year (32-44 pages each), THE CHALLENGE is sponsored by the non-profit Foundation for Christian Theology, and depends entirely on reader support to keep publishing.

The CHALLENGE's founding editor was Dorothy Allen Faber, who served from 1962 to 1982. She was succeeded by the late Fr. Louis E. Traycik, who was editor from 1982 to 1986. The current editor is (Mrs.) Auburn Faber Traycik."

Virtue provides a link to CHALLENGE, but Auburn doesn't link to Virtueonline or, in fact, any OTHER source of Anglican news & analysis. The best that can be said for CHALLENGE is that it's been around a long time as a source of news specifically targeted to the Continuing Anglican Church Movement, but is largely unknown & unread by the rest of the traditional Anglican world.
