Barring gays from priesthood not discrimination, say Italian bishops

It is discrimination. But, so what. We need to discriminate between good and evil!

Bishop Giuseppe Betori, conference general secretary, told reporters Nov. 15 the text includes the key passages cautioning against admitting homosexual candidates for the priesthood found in an instruction from the Congregation for Catholic Education.

Cautioning against? Is that a PC way of saying "outright ban"?
