Why is it that the Pope did not make mention of the host being the body and blood of Christ?
Is there a departure from this traditional belief?

I read "Ecce Agnus Dei, ecce qui tollit peccata mundi" out loud, and got a major rush with full-body tingles.
You are certainly not alone. I attend a Novus Ordo parish as there is no Latin Mass within a four hour one way drive. The Tridentine Mass even enters my dreams. Not too long ago I dreamed about our young associate approaching the altar in beautiful traditional red vestments as he prayed "Introibo ad altare Dei".
