Having very little concern about this particular battle, I still ask though, "What's wrong with meditiative practices, as long as they are to meditate on Jesus (God)?"

The practices being discussed here are being borrowed from Buddhism which is a pagan religion.
Christians don,t borrow from eastern mysticism.

Nothing whatsoever. I guess some self appointed people don't believe in prayer if you cross your legs while sitting on the floor. Go figure.
