There does seem to be some demonic rot in certain areas of FLorida.

I bristle at this topic. WOuld you like to explain exactly what a demonic "rot" is and where and how it can be detected?

Terri was an example of the injustices in Florida. I believe Florida is going to have a great shaking. It was the gateway to America those many years ago and God is going to move in a mighty way to bring her back to himself. Look at the children who are being murdered and raped there! God is not a happy camper. And the rest of the US is under judgement as well. Hold onto your hats.

I know. I've seen the ads that humorously portray heaven, hell, and God. Some are in good taste, but still, they cheapen the concept of God and religious beliefs.

On another thread, dealing with credit card companies and the new bankruptcy law, someone quoted passages from the bible concerning usury. While not in the same league as legalized murder, this is another important milestone in this country's slide into complete godlessness.

Not really.

The best criteria in Scripture is

whatever, whoever does not agree that The Lord Jesus came in the flesh . . . [and the rest of the basic doctrines]

is not of God.

There's not a lot of options.

There's Almighty God.

There's man's humnanness--rather polluted with sin--greed, selfishness, pride . . .

There's satan and his forces--who are rather worked up this era--because as Scripture says--they know their time is short before they are imprisoned and out of commission very uncomfortably.

So, now my question for you--why do you bristle over such a topic?

I would caution this one who aspires to the gift of prophecy to avoid trying to "sound" like an Old Testament prophet. In its attempt to sound that way, it also opens itself to the accusation that it is contrived.
