the problem with the the right and the left of ECUSA is that Bishop Iker, who is a great religous man and a strong leader, is not given a strong postion worthy in either of the competing orgnaizations. Bishop Duncan is more conservative than Griswald but on a 1-10 scale compared to Bishop Iker he is a 4. B. Duncan is a fine sermonizer, but his actions in ordaining women will be the downfall of the new and the old church.

Bishop Iker has several women Deacons who are very active in Cursillo and outreach, but they are not priests. too bad the rest of the church has not learned the role of Deacons in the ECUSA.
