My old HS in NY has a "diversity awareness day" which recently included the display of the famous "AIDS Quilt". Then again, this school's faculty founded DIGNITY in the 70s.

Yikes. Is that a diocesan high school or a private one? I know here in Philadelphia the diocesan high schools are pretty good in terms of orthodoxy, although some of them leave something to be desired in terms of academics. But I wouldn't worry about a child's academics as much as his soul. That diversity crapola is the kind of thing that goes on in the private Jesuit high school here.

BINGO!!!!! You win the door prize! Indeed, my alma mater was a private Jesuit HS. The whole gay friendly diversity thing seems to be one of their longest running themes (along with blatent socialism).

They founded DIGNITY there, and had some of the first gay masses anywhere in the church attached to the school.....which I inadvertently stumbled upon as a student one afternoon! Boy, was I shocked!
