Good point: He states the problem in the priesthood is homosexuality.
Bad point: He relies too much on psychology and not enough on prayer as the method of transformation.

I have to agree with you.
Psychology is about as Godless a profession as one can think of. I used to work Psych when I was in the Navy.
I will never forget one patient case being reviewed by a group including Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nursing staff, etc. They were all talking about the Pt's religious delusions and how the character of those delusions were diagnostic of his sever mental illness.
That is until the Chaplin on the team pointed out that everything they claimed the Pt said was standard and routine theology.
Any solution involving that profession will fail to solve the problem.
Dunk them in Holy water, hold until problem solved. (just kidding) Hummmmmm.
