It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of Fr John Mole O.M.I., at the age of 93. He made his vows in 1941 and was ordained to the sacred priesthood in 1947. Originally from Chester-le-street, England, but for many decades in Canada. Father died peacefully in L'Edifice Deschatelets, Ottawa following declining health, fortified by the rites of Holy Mother Church, which it was my privilege to be able to give to him in the traditional rite.

I have come across some very interesting material by this Canadian priest who died about 2 weeks ago. But before I post any of his articles, I am first posting his biography to forestall the immediate chorus of "Schismatic!" which is the one and only argument that will be made in response. Clearly Fr. Mole was not "schismatic," in fact at one time he would have been called a "progressive," but he simply could not tolerate standing by and doing nothing while he watched the destruction of the traditional Catholic Mass.
