David Kay has had several dozen arms caches to look throught. He's got several dozen more, some of which have thousands of rounds of artillery in them, to uncover and inspect. If you had been looking at the paper, you would have noticed that Kay did find a strain of botulinum mycotoxin.

But then again, you'd have to put down the latest issue of The Spotlight, wouldn't you?

Having read your stuff over the past months, I come to the conclusion that no amount of common sense, no citation of the experience of Munich, no reiteration of the need to attack the enemy before he attacks you, would change your mind. So, why bother?

Have a nice day.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

The funny thing is Bush never said "we have to go to war to find saddam's WMDs"

Also, it was never proposed that the WMDs were the sole reason for the war. The WMD focus has been put out by the press and the leftists as an unmeetable test.

If Saddam had the stuff, you don't think he would give Bush the vindication by leaving it around do you? Saddam followed US politics closely, and knew how to manipulate the media better than almost anyone.

Nobody disputes that he had WMD in the past (ask the residents of Halabja if Saddam had WMD)

Whether he actually had them are not isnt terribly relevant now (unless your motive is to make cheap political shots), but we had every reason to believe he did based on past behavior and current intelligence.
