EPILOGUE: THE 9TH CIRCUIT RULING
(IMPEACHED EX- PREZ STUMPS FOR DAVIS
CLINTON PARADIGM PROVES INSTRUCTIVE FOR CALIFORNIA)

by Mia T, 9.14.03

Hamilton (or Madison) discussed the importance of wisdom and virtue in Federalist 57. "The aim of every political constitution is, or ought to be, first to obtain for rulers men who possess most wisdom to discern, and most virtue to pursue, the common good of the society; and in the next place, to take the most effectual precautions for keeping them virtuous whilst they continue to hold their public trust."

(Contrast this with clinton, who recklessly, reflexively and feloniously subordinates the common good to his personal appetites.)

Mia T, THE OTHER NIXON

If Act I was a thinly veiled allegory about naked clintonism, then Act II is a parable about the plan for world domination by the Establishment, aged hippies in pinstripes all, with their infantile, solipsistic world view amazingly untouched by time.

THE ALIENS

"This is WA-A-AY bigger than Gray Davis."

Cill clinton's essential solipsism prevents him from seeing the obvious: The clinton paradigm applicable to the California recall election is not, as the rapist demagogues, the danger of an "unconstitutional," "right-wing cabal" ouster of a despised head of state. Rather, it is the danger of not ousting a self-serving, inept defective who cavalierly trades America's national securiity for his own political viability.

Just as the clintons endangered America in order to retain power, Gray Davis is about to go against his own better judgment and give illegal aliens--including the terrorist subset-- a de facto ID-- a California driver's license.

This pernicious scheme is not only about leftist racebaiting of the increasingly significant Latino vote. It is about getting the illegal-alien vote of every stripe and recalls the best efforts of clinton vote fraud in the Golden State..

Davis would be wise to exercise some caution here. The impeached ex-ersatz president is hardly supporting him. ("This is WA-A-AY bigger than Gray Davis.") For the clintons, the California recall election is no less than a proxy for their war with the Kennedys for the control of the Democrat Party.

EPILOGUE: THE 9TH CIRCUIT RULING

It is noteworthy that merely one day after clinton unblushingly trampled the venue (and the Constitution and Black self-determination), his -- (and, to be fair, Carter's) -- leftist political-hack judges on the infamously 180º-off-constitutional-course 9th Circuit made their ruling to postpone the recall, likely until the California DEMOCRAT presidential primary, a move that obviously skews the turnout to the left.

Because of the synchronicity, because of the brazenness, because of the balkanizing, because the ruling is an attempt to disenfranchise the right, because the ruling increases Davis' chances to prevail (and, therefore, clinton's apparent electoral effectualness), because, if Davis prevails, the clintons are strengthened and the Kennedys are weakened, because California control is necessary for clinton redux, and because this ruling at once sticks it to Bush, (his Bush v. Gore argument provides the equal-protection precedent), and stymies the Supremes, (would they really have the political courage to revisit this?), direct clinton involvement in this decision to cannot be ruled out.

ACLU BLUNDERBUSS OR BAIT AND SWITCH?

The ACLU argument , essentially a plea for affirmative action for minority voters, seems to turn not on the equipment per se, but on minority error when using the equipment. (I suspect that a controlled study of this voter error would indict the minority voters, not any specific equipment.)

The ACLU shot at the wrong target.
If the ACLU actually wanted to reduce error in minority districts,
it would fight the Democrat Party's despicable practice of
drag and drop. (Calculating a black man's worth to be 5/3 of a vote is no less racist, and arguably more so, than calculating his worth to be 3/5 of a white man; the latter is demeaning, but the former is dehumanizing. )

DRAG AND DROP

"It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can keep him from lynching me, and I think that's pretty important."

Ironically, the logic of this pronouncement by Martin Luther King would, in short order, be refuted by his own lynching. King's hope was misplaced and his reasoning was circular. The resultant rule of law relied on by King presumed an adherence to the rule of law in the first instance.

Adherence to the rule of law is not something normally associated with the clintons. Moreover, racial and ethnic disrespect, intimidation, exploitation and hate have always been a fundamental clinton tactic and the reflexive use the "N"-word and other racial and ethnic slurs, an essential element in the clinton lexicon. When the "first black president" and his wife ran Arkansas, the NAACP sued them for intimidating black voters at the polls.

But it is the clintons' refinement of the DNC drag and drop that is, arguably, the most insidious and repugnant application of their special brand of race-hate politics.

Drag and drop is a vote fraud technique by which unwitting, unwilling and/or illegal voters -- typically inner-city blacks and other minorities -- are literally dragged into the voting booth and told where to mark the "x" -- often multiple times per election. Drag and drop does not merely undermine and corrupt our system of government. Drag and drop is not merely illegal and exploitive.

Drag and drop is racist and dehumanizing.

Calculating a black man's worth to be 5/3 of a vote is no less racist, and arguably more so, than calculating his worth to be 3/5 of a white man; the latter is demeaning, but the former is dehumanizing.

In the senate race against Rick Lazio, it is widely understood that the drag and drop, (followed by the OLD ANGLE / NEW SQUARE / OVAL OFFICE SCHEME ) was clinton's vote fraud technique of choice used to overcome her low poll numbers, high personal negatives and consistent public failures.

Your colorful -- if distracting -- graphics aside, I agree. Hillary Clinton was indirectly repudiated by this recall. Her husband orchestrated the Democrat response, and it not only failed -- it failed spectacularly.

So who will she send out next to stir her poop. This is not the end of her attempt to get her old unelected job back.

She and her in-name-only hubby have been very successful in diverting attention from one thing to another, it is what is not know yet that could be a shock.

Seems it is through division and diversion and destruction she is planning her "coup".

Who in their right mind is going to wade through this scrambled mess of a presentation to get at whatever point you're trying to make? No thanks.

I agree with you Mia and cannot fathom the thinking of Joe Farrah, whose column contradicts and appears on FR today.

Ah, Miss T. Won't it be nice, if the Xlintons follow their normal pattern...I expect, after this defeat, they will both shut their fat pie-holes, and slither back under their respective rocks for at least a few weeks. They will not be able to stay out of spotlight for much longer than that, both being attention whores, y'know....

I'll believe they're done when she chickens out of the 2004 run, and gets whupped by Giuliani in 2006. I can dream, can't I?

THE RECALL'S BIGGEST LOSER -- missus clinton

The recall had nothing to do with her selection as Biggest Loser. She had already won this title.

Nice points. If the liberals can pack the Supreme Court the way they've packed the 9th Circuit, we are doomed.

Thanks Mia T. your interpretation of Mrs. Clinton's mis-step is powerful as usual! Davis's acceptance of Clinton help was the death knell of his governorship and I would hope the end of the Clinton hold on the Democratic Party, they are pure poison.

Arnold won in part because Liberalism and Socialism has put California in the red proving it doesn’t work. Mrs. Clinton’s Third Way Progressive Party won’t work either, not even Mrs. Clinton’s Code Pink base can save her; notice the rapist husband sporting that pink tie?

Hey girl-I am still awed by your posts. Probably always will be. Find myself following links, often repeats, and always grabbing something new from um....I just thank you so much for your incredible perspective and truly erudite writing skills.

In searching for background on your opening comment, as follows,;

It is critical to think out of the box, beyond California. For the clintons, the California recall election is no less than a proxy for their war with the Kennedys for the control of the Democrat Party (and the country). - mia T

for the life of me, I cannot uncover it..but I find it fascinating.

What is the underlaying connection, underground battle, fogged over power struggle between the kennedys and the clintons you allude to?

You know Mia, I am one of the tin foil brigade, unabashedly so, when it comes to considering the brutal depths the klintons will go to for ultimate power.

I remember reading somewhere that John Kennedy, Jr, was mulling over a senate run to replace Moynihan, just before his untimely death in the airplane incident. I recall Inhofe's PROPELLAR falling off while he was inflight, piloting his own plane as he does, during the impeachment process and noting that Inhofe was a major burr up klinton's arse at that time. I remember studying Alamo-girls superb documentation of past associates of klinton who have met death in private airplanes....and I am wondering, big time, if John Kennedy Jr's plans to maybe run for the senate put a HUGE and ultimately DEVASTATING barrier in front of her heinous, hitlery, that had to be immediately crushed.

Dunno Mia---but do know that I would love to read up on this power struggle you allude to between the clintons and the kennedys. Something gigantic must be there....just gigantic.

And as for bill's comment about the recall being W AAAY bigger than just Davis's removal....well....hehe......GOOD!

Do people realize that when Judicial Watch
takes Hillary and others to court, JW is able
to bring out facts that the media are afraid to address,
because of the threat of libel lawsuits?

Judicial Watch's efforts in court bring many
facts to light that the media can then safely
write about!

Reporters usually can't follow up on the Clintons
because they risk being sued for libel because
the Clintons hide their crimes so well.

How is America going to "out" these traitors,
if we can't investigate their crimes?

Judicial Watch can investigate because you can't be sued
for libel if you are speaking out during a court case!

This is why Judicial Watch is important and vital in
stopping the Conspiring Clintons from returning to power!
