There was an episode of "The Simpsons" when Bart (and Homer, I think) stumbled in on a gays for the Republican Party meeting. They were coming up with a motto to put on bumper stickers. It was something like "2084 just may be our year!" (Maybe someone else remembers it more precisely, but it cracked me up).

Yeah. Their motto was "Elect a Gay Republican President in 2084--We're Trying to be Realistic." Pretty funny. But not as funny as Gray Davis going down in flames.
