No, we were standing on the sidewalk with a parking lot behind us. Her SUV pulled out from across the 4 lane street. They crossed all 4 lanes as they turned to our right and passed directly in front of us. I'd guess she was maybe 8-10 feet from us as she passed [shudder!].
