Europe needs their own Rush Limbaugh otherwise it will be lost.

That would be cool. Is there such a thing as talk radio in Europe? Political talk radio? Somehow I could easily imagine there being laws in Europe that would hinder or prohibit such a thing -- a "fairness doctrine" of some sort which would require "equal time" for all viewpoints (as our Democrats would like to have here), or even an outright ban (for the collective good, of course).

In order to reach the masses that person would have to be on BBC or CNN and we know that wont happen anytime soon

Yeah, it starts out in Danish, and is translated into French, German, Norweigan, Italian, and Lithouanian each time it crosses the border.

No, really. Imagine how hard it would be, considering some countries are smaller than some of our states.

Of course, most people speak English, since it is a mandatory language taken in grades K-8, I believe.

In most countries, radio in Europe is owned by the state. When "banned" radio stations get going as underground stations and are let to broadcast (after a revolt by young people), they invariably turn out to be leftie alternative rock types of stations. I never heard anything "talk-wise" except for our Armed Forces Network, which will play the audio of some political US TV shows on occasion, or news stations, again usually owned by the government.

I don't think you CAN do conservative talk radio in Europe. The way their laws are set up these days, all you have do is make one "minority" feel "threatened" and the Euroweenies will likely shut you down, fine you massively, and / or put you in prison for hate speech.
