In Laurie Mylroie's book Bush Against The Beltway she shows how the Ames strain got to a British firm which was later purchased by an Arab. With eight years of Clinton "security" it wouldn't be that far-fetched that the same malignant neglect which allowed secrets to go to China would also allow other assets to be put in other wrong hands.
