I agree. This last Sunday was the first time I tuned into watch a segment that Rush was part of. Nothing more. And he did look very uncomfortable. Frankly, I get the impression that Rush is overjoyed not having to go through that crap show on ESPN anymore.

When the ESPN Gameday first started back in the latter half of the 1980`s, it was great. It was original and fun to watch. It stuck to football and didn't get into all this personal crap and social stuff. I haven't watched Gameday on a regular basis for probably 5-7 years now and that's the way it wil remain at my home.

I listened from 12-12:30 and it seemed pretty clear to me that he was stonewalling

Me too. I have noticed there is a lot more beligerence among the newer members. The disruptors get ZOTTED, but the "sleepers" seem to get a pass just because their "join date" is aged by 6 months. They are easy to detect, just look at their Comments page and you can see it (Bush is the devil; Bush is evil; Bush wants children to suffer, or, perhaps, some other cleverly veiled comment).

When we do, we need to use the "Report Abuse" link. They can whine all they want about censorship, but if you are here to disrupt, you need to get booted.

The point of posting is to communicate ideas. If you don't communicate clearly, and don't care about communicating clearly, then what are you doing -- simply engaging in the physical exercise of pressing fingers against a keyboard?

Our drug laws can be very harsh with people who have a large quantity of drugs, or have bought large quantity of drugs, or have brokered the sales of large quantity of drugs, or have been in proximity to people brokering large quantities of drugs.

If you buy a large quantity of drugs, chances are you are dealing them. If you broker sales, you are an accessory to dealing. If you live with a dealer and fail to report him, you are also an accessory.

If anyone here should get the book thrown at her it is the maid. She was brokering deals, and hence was involved in dealing. The prosecutors will probably not throw the book at her, wisely, since she is helping expose a large dealing ring.

The reason we go light on addicts is to given them an incentive to come forward and deal with their problem. I see no reason to go light on someone who brokers deals or fails to report a dealer, unless of course such a person comes forward and helps to fry a bigger fish.

It completely amazes me that people take the media at face value and one of doubtful integrity such as the Nat'l Inferer. Does anyone remember Carol Burnett taking the Inquirer to court and winning like $1million for slanderous and defamation? Now, Look at Rush Limbaugh, his life, his success and TRY hard to keep your brains in your head and not JUMP off the cliff of conclusions before ALL the facts have been sorted out and his statement made. He said to trust him on this and you know what, that's what I intend to do. Rush is a good guy, let's stop the insane comments here OK?

And anything he says on the air can be used against him in court, by a DA whose only intent is to convict Rush, not "find the truth." Connect the dots.

If one is completely innocent of publicly made accusations of illegal drug use, one would say, "these allegations are completely false, not true".

You don't need to be a senior investigator to figure this out.

I didn't like the show either -- I thought Rush was going to be a little more prominent. And, frankly, I think those two Black guys on the panel are way overrated, especially by the media.
