I agree that a useful everyday protest by the citizens of the United States would be to "decline to state" -- which would in modern times, be along the lines of the Boston tea party, no? :)

I think that's a great idea. Maybe tie the phrase to a tea bag and mail it to them. But then I don't want the black helicopters flying over my house thinking I'm a terrorist LOL.
