Joseph Wilson handled Bill Clinton's 1200 person all expense paid trip to Africa in 2000, we tax payers paid billions for this trip, it tied up a large portion of our military to provide security for the Bent One and his Pear Legged Wife and that ugly Daughter of theirs. Joe Wilson was the one spending the money for the trip and now he's a millionaire, Ambassadors are usually not millionaires.

All presidential trips are funded by the Pentagon. They are supposed to be sure that the Pentagon is not compromised by the travel arrangements or requirements.

There were times when the bent one forced military personnel to be 'stranded' because he commandeered the planes, etc.

The bent one never ever tried to coordinate his trips with the Pentagon, simply demanded, commanded, and disregarded the impact on the military.
