The Clintons are DESPERATE to keep California under DNC control and the GOP is struggling to make sure they don't.

Clintons are desperate to have the recall fail. Tell me Tam, how many stops has the Rodham/Clinton team made for Bustamante? The recall is a bad precident against liberal tax and spend policies, but as for Bush in 2004, a Democrate in there is good for Bush, and they are far more aware of that then you have shown yourself to be.
