There is no separation of church and state in the Constitution. That concept is a Left wing contrivance to purge morality and Christianity from our country. The only restriction in the Constitution is that the Federal Government shall not establish a state church, e.g. the Church of England.

You're so right.
And Limbaugh's book is timely.
"Anything goes" is the way it is in schools now
"Anything EXCEPT Christianity."

No, it doesn't say that. It says:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion
Which is different from "establishing" a state church.

The only restriction in the Constitution is that the Federal Government shall not establish a state church, e.g. the Church of England. There is one other minor restriction regarding religion in the constitution, and it's that there shall be no religous test to hold public office (or words to that effect).
The third and final mention of religion in the constitution is that congress shall pass no law abridging the freedom of religion. The supreme court seems to define this with the narrowest of interpretations while broadly interpreting other rights like freedom of the speech.
