Corin-
Call Va. Power EVERY day until you get your power back. Seriously, I think the squeaky wheel gets the grease in this case. We went around our neighborhood on Sunday telling everyone to call about the power. We got ours back yesterday morning. I don't know if our calling helped but it sure didn't hurt.
There is a way to call them and talk to an actual live person. Do that too.

Hint: Calling the power company isn't going to get it on any faster. They are doing the best that they can and you should be grateful for the work they are doing. There are a lot of people from out of state that have come to help y'all and they are doing the best that they can do.
I will tell you, if some of the interviews that I have seen with you people up north are any indication, y'all expected the world to rotate around you and have electricity and water immediately.
Well, I hate to tell you, there are going to be places that won't have power and water much before Thanksgiving or Christmas.
AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
