I read a few years ago that morbidity and mortality for abortion is not reported the same way that it is for other surgical procedures. Such as the death certificates listing infection or hemorrhage as cause of death but not mentioning that the patient had an abortion a few days beforehand. Can anyone link me to a source to this info?

Finland did a study a several years ago and found the abortion M&M was really substantial. Doubt we could even DO a similair study here. You couldn't even find the facts. Talk about a quagmire.
