Oh, we're fine. These next 3 hours will be the worst. But it's the Richmond area that's going to be hit the very worst around here -- other than of course tidewater VA and NC, it goes without saying.

Downed trees, lots of people without power, possibly some flooding coming -- but nothing that looks like loss of life. The next 3 hours will have the highest gusts, and it looks now like the sustained winds here won't get much past 60 mph. But that's enough to down sickly urban trees, and we'll have a lot of that going on.

I'm surprised I still have power.

Freezy, I'm glad you're hunkered down and have plenty of sutianance to see you through. Looks as if we will not get much out of this. Just a bit of rain that will clear out tomorrow.
