PS: That's not the McClintock backers plan, that's the DNC in conjunction with the 9th Circuit's plan of action.
The fact that the McClintockites are rooting for a DNC plan is enough to give me pause.

The swing case would be Sandra Day O'Connor, because at least 4 Justices are sure to opt to punt on a decision to vacate the 9th's ruling.
I'd put the odds of SCOTUS vacating a delay of the election at 50-50, it all depends on Mullah Sandra, however she's been drifting pretty far left recently...

Well if Arnold IS the savior that the some here have been claiming he is, then he should have no problem running for an extra 6 months...
