In fairness, I think Heleny has a good question here. Any reaction to that. I may have been mistaken in my original thought on this. It may have just been a quote as Heleny suggests.

1. ambrose did not indicate it was a quote when he posted it; there were no quotation marks.
2. ambrose was not immediately forthcoming on whether it was his or not.
3. When he was finally treed, he came up with a very convenient explanation.
Mr. Hasen has had a nice run on FR. Some people actually believed he was a conservative. But it's over.

It may have just been a quote as Heleny suggests.It appears to be a quote of Rick Hasen's post on blogspot.com. I followe the link and the original poster is Rick.
We all skim, and many of us don't follow all the formal writing styles when we're online. So, different people miss different details and we get all worked up over a misunderstanding.
