BERLIN, Sept 3 (AFP) - Hollywood hearthrob Johnny Depp has slammed US President George W. Bush's policy on Iraq, calling him "one of the worst liars I have ever seen," in an interview with German magazine Stern to appear Thursday.
Depp, who lives in France with his wife, pop singer Vanessa Paradis, and two children, told the magazine that "grown-up men and women in positions of power" in the US government had shown themselves to be "idiots" in choosing to go to war against Iraq and attacking Paris for its opposition to the war.
The 40-year-old, who plays a swashbuckling hero in the summer blockbuster "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," said he was perfectly happy in his farmhouse near St. Tropez with Paradis, 30, daughter Lily Rose, 4, and his one-year-old son Jack.
Although he still has a house in Los Angeles, Depp told Stern he "could not imagine living there" for a long period with his family.
The once hard-living actor who had long relationships with model Kate Moss and actress Winona Ryder told the Thursday edition of German magazine Bunte that meeting Paradis had put him on the straight and narrow.
"Being a father puts things in perspective and gives me strength," he said.

Hollywood hearthrob Johnny Depp has slammed US President George W. Bush's policy on Iraq, calling him "one of the worst liars I have ever seen," Mr. Bush, when apprised of the statement, responded "Who? Oh." And returned to the task of fighting terrorism.

"Being a father puts things in perspective and gives me strength," he said. Hey Jonny, in 14 years, who would you rather have your daughter intern for, George Bush or Bill Clinton?
Ya big phoney!

Gee, I guess Bill Klinton was INVISIBLE, then. Huh? No, bill clinton was the BEST liar anyone has ever seen. He lies so effortlessly that he might even believe his own lies.

Never mind. I see in the first line where he calls the President a liar. Glad you saw that; I was about to slam you with:
"Hollywood hearthrob Johnny Depp has slammed US President George W. Bush's policy on Iraq, calling him 'one of the worst liars I have ever seen,' in an interview with German magazine Stern to appear Thursday."
Glad it isn't necessary.

Depp is a pretty good actor. Too bad he suffers from oral diarhea (sic). I guess I won't be seeing anymore of his flicks.

Given what's happening in France, it won't be long until things start blowing up in Paris. Maybe Depp will survive by spending his American dollars to move somewhere else.
Maybe he won't survive.

Depp is definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer...never defecate where you eat, Johnny...
