>>>What are you talking about? What first ammendment rights? No one is abridging his freedom of speech. You seem to have fallen for the liberal belief that the first ammendment guarantees a right to be heard which it does not.I've fallen for nothing. Every individual candidate for public office, has an equal right to have their agenda printed in a recall election pamphlet, along with other candidates. No secretary of state, has the power to deny any candidate equal treatment under law. That is an infringement of a person's right to free speech, contained in the BoR`s.

They WERE given equal treatment under the law - McClintock freely CHOSE to give up his spot in the election pamphlet in return for being allowed to raise more then 6 Mil.
Very much like Davis - He made a bad decision, then when it is revealed how badly he screwed up - blames it on someone else.

Every individual candidate for public office, has an equal right to have their agenda printed in a recall election pamphlet, along with other candidates. And he had that right but through incompetence or arrogance, he blew it.
