Reading down further Barbara Sheen Todd is also on there and she is County Commissioner Pinellas Co. Board of Commissioners
both Judge Greer (of the Terri Schiavo case) and Sheen Todd were county commissioners simultaneously for eight years

Boy, oh, boy, isn't that something? So little surprises me these days. I just said to my dh, "honey, He is coming. He is coming sooner rather than later."
What is so unbelievable in our society today, is that if you are a judge in a US court who extracurricularly participates in "Right-to-Die"-type organizations, you are given a pass.
But, if you are a judge who takes part in anything remotely affiliated with "Right-to-Life"-type groups or movements, you'll be filibustered 'till the cows come home.

I am getting to were nothing is surprising me anymore either. It is a very sad day in this country where animals seem to have more rights than human beings. This case has really hit a chord with me. I feel like Terri could be anyone of us. I told my sister that it feels like we are living in Nazi Germany where the judges could have you put to death for being disabled. I always thought you were supposed to learn from history not repeat it. All I can say is may God have more compassion on their souls, than they seem to have for Terri's.

Help...I tried to post a prayer thread for Terri and it disappeared. I have never posted a thread before so I have no idea what I did wrong. I have webtv, don't know if that has anything to do with it. Has anyone had that happen?

from your post: "On July 5, 1988, the Palm Harbor Library officially opened its doors for business. Dedication of the building was on Sunday, September 17, 1988. Jeannette was there along with
Congressman Michael Bilerakis, State Senator Kurt Kiser, County Commissioner George Greer, Chairman of the PHCSA Dale Belcher, and Virginia Grigg, chief of the Library Development Bureau for the State of Florida. " from palm harbor library site. FV
Is that the same Bilirakis as the Gus Michael on the Board of Directors from the Hospice? If so, yet another connection! Or do these guys just all hang out together?

Thanks for the link. So I'm taking it that Bilirakis is Republican? If so, is he the rubber-stamping type or the "gonna do the right thing" type? Is he someone that maybe could be on Terri's side? (please!)

I wish I knew. Does any one here know anyone that is on the Florida Free Republic Chapter? I moved from Florida 6 years ago. I would call my sister, but she is in bed.

I tried twice tonight to post a prayer thread for Terri. Don't know what I am doing wrong. Perhaps tomorrow someone can help me. I hit the post button and nothing happens, I lose the whole thing. Get some rest tonight, you have been working so hard.
To: RedRidingHood; kimmie7
If it's ok with you I have time this evening to develop a prayer Thread for Terri.
To: Robert Drobot
That would be great Robert. Thank you!
