Michael Schiavo, under oath, in a November 1993 deposition, admits that he knew Terri would die when he instructed Terris caretakers not to medicate Terri with antibiotics for a potentially fatal infection. He also instructs Terris caretakers "not to resuscitate" should Terri require any life saving action.
In other words, two very divergent testimonies just one year apart. It's amazing that just those two court documents, compared by any judge, wouldn't have an impact.
Before money (about to receive it) - I love my wife and want to take care of her forever. After money (7-9 months later) - don't treat or resuscitate my beloved wife.
You've got it! What a sick freak! And then once he realized that the money would all be wasted on litigation, he sees his only way out is to just off her completely. "Let's get it over with, Judge! I'm moving on with my life! Sorry, Terri, sweetie-pie!" (What a jerk!)
