How can anyone deny this and how could anyone allow him to continue to be her guardian. This has got to be not only a State crime (see the statutes in posted earlier regarding the disabled and elderly, etc. not to mention I am sure other statutes) but a Federal crime seeing how he is going to be lying under oath at the coming hearing plus there must be Federal laws besides this that are being broken. Whatever judge allows this to continue is committing a crime themselves.
