This looks like a case of insider trading. Hospice is supposed to be not-for-profit, Felo's on the Board and must have fiduciary responsibilities therein.
My theory is that another Hospice board member tells Felo about Terri Schiavo and he hooks up with Michael Schiavo because of the potential for sizeable legal fees, which imo would be a violation of his fiduciary responsibilities as a Hospice Board member. He quits the Board at Hospice to represent Michael Schiavo in the sunshine (after the violation) who wants an expert to make sure that "nothing" goes wrong; i.e. public outcry, drawing the right Judge and making sure he's on the same page, putting Terri in Hospice instead of in a nursing home and ultimately keep the parents in the dark so there's no interference of any kind. They went to Morton Plant Hospital last evening and instead of having her admitted, they turn around and drove Terri back to Hospice. Hospice is in on it.
That's my summation-theory and it's suitable for emailing but if anyone does, please delete my screen name. I don't want to be their next case.
1. He was Co-Director or on the board from '97 (pretty sure) until at least 1-16-01 (positive) -- that's when the paperwork was filed to have him removed. 2. I would think that, considering where his interest lie, he would have sought Terri out immediately upon appointment as chair, if not before. Perhaps that's why he enlisted. 3. I'm not sure. I don't believe Felos was his atty. during the malpractice suit, and he was in '01. Therefore '97 - '01 at least.
