I have no responsibility or authority to review the decisions of other circuit judges. That is done by the district courts of Florida and the Supreme Court. Furthermore, it would be inappropriate for me to attempt to get one of my colleagues to take a position on any case regardless of its nature. I realize this may seem to be a cold and unfeeling response to this very moving issue. However, I assure you I am not a cold or unfeeling person, but there is no other way to make clear that I simply am not the proper forum for your appeal.
