Also think we should all email/call these Judges' offices next Tuesday:
The Honorable David A. Demers
Chief Judge of 6th Judicial Circuit
Judicial Building
545 First Avenue North, Room 400
St. Petersburg, FL 33701
(727) 582-7882
Fax: (727) 582-7210
ddemers@co.pinellas.fl.us The Honorable George W. Greer
6th Judicial Circuit
315 Court Street, Room 484
Clearwater, FL 33756
(727) 464-3933
ggreer@co.pinellas.fl.us
This is what Demers told me:
Thank you for your e-mail. I must advise you, however, that this case is not assigned to me. The Chief Judge is a judge with administrative responsibility and authority. I have no responsibility or authority to review the decisions of other circuit judges. That is done by the district courts of Florida and the Supreme Court. Furthermore, it would be inappropriate for me to attempt to get one of my colleagues to take a position on any case regardless of its nature. I realize this may seem to be a cold and unfeeling response to this very moving issue. However, I assure you I am not a cold or unfeeling person, but there is no other way to make clear that I simply am not the proper forum for your appeal.

ddemers@co.pinellas.fl.us Subject: Terri Schindler/Schiavo case
What is being done to get guardianship of Terri back to her parents? Please stop the madness and step up to the plate to help Terri. Michael Schiavo appears to have murderous intent in this case and this has gone on long
enough. If you don't help he will be getting away with murder. Please help. It is unbelievable that this has gone on for so long. This is a disgrace to our state.
