Geocities checks the referrer header, to prevent people from using them as a picture hosting service. If you try to link a picture from a page that isn't on Geocities, it refuses to serve it.

I think kimmie7 has the image, I just have to check out a different thread. It's pretty quiet on Free Republic today but that's typical for a Sunday. It will pick up after Dubya speaks and the Dems do their rebuttal.
