The catch is that the florida statutes on exit protocol are unconsitutional and they even say that the patient doesn't have to be in a coma or a pvs. They can be conscious and their guardian can decide their wishes. That is sanctioned murder, against the ADA. The disabled person has no rights. It can't be any worse - the law that is.
