Are you saying that KY has stronger restrictions on euthanasia than FL or VA?

Are you saying that KY has stronger restrictions on euthanasia than FL or VA?Well I am new to the legalese here and still trying to figure it out. But yes, in different states, different supreme courts have ruled differently and there do seem to be different laws on the books. Colorado is one of the worst to be brain-damaged in, depending on your family. Cranford said Missouri was very backward about the issue.
Michele Finn moved her husband from kentucky to virginia in order to have him killed, and Christine Busalacchi's father was in the process of moving her from Missouri to Minnesota in order to have her killed.

I live in Kentucky and yes we do. "He needed killin'" is also a more valid defense here, much like in Texas. lol And that's just in other than Eastern Kentucky. It's a whole different world over there. Probably one of the most conservative places you'll find due to its remote location.
